The engine runs smoothly with no skips, noises, or vibrations. The transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears, and all other mechanical systems function properly. The car was safety checked and fully serviced by our factory trained service tech. There are no warning lights on the dash, all maintenance is up to date, and no repairs are needed. 1999 was the last year that Porsche used the double row IMS bearing that was NOT prone to failure! The interior is excellent. There are no badly worn, torn, or stained areas on the seats, carpets, or headliner. The seats are comfortable and supportive. All other interior panels look great. The body is excellent as well. There are no dents, rusted areas, or serious scratches anywhere. The popwer top works perfectly and the rear window is clear with no cracks or fading. There are a few minor scratches here and there. This car looks great! The paint appears all original and shines beautifully. Driving this Porsche convertible is a flat-out FUN experience with a powerful engine, comfortable interior and great stereo. There are no shakes, rattles, or vibrations, and the handling is tight and precise. I would describe this Boxster as CLEAN, SAFE, DEPENDABLE, and VERY FUN TO DRIVE!
